Experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the business, non-profit, social impact and religious institutions industry. Strong community and social services professional with a MA Politics focused in Development Economics and International Development from School of Oriental and African Studies, U. of London. Currently on Faculty at UBC's School of Management, and partner at Reframe Concepts, an impact consulting firm that specializes in supporting non-profits on a journey to sustainable and impactful flourishing. Spent 20 years working on the frontlines as founder of the Metro Community - a sanctuary and home for most of Kelowna's unhoused and equity-denied folks.
