Arunie Saldhi

Arunie Saldhi is a licensed Registered Provisional Psychologist from Calgary, AB. After working in finance and technology for years, she shifted gears to become a dedicated advocate for mental health in the workplace and beyond. With a background in finance, Arunie has redirected her career to prioritize mental health within organizations. She's a seasoned facilitator, leading workshops, presentations, and panels on mental health education and awareness. During the day, Arunie manages her private practice, offering support to those in need. Beyond her practice, she partners with Calgary non-profits, providing counseling for mental illness, addiction, and family violence. She currently lives in Calgary, enjoys exploring the mountains and spending time with her German Shepherd, Tyson.
