Bryan Smith

I’m an emerging filmmaker with ten years’ experience filming and editing for a local video production company. I love telling stories in a documentary style, including everything from wedding videos to instructional videos, and I’m ready to take the next step and lead a documentary project. After my master’s degree in Public History, I worked in museums helping clients and communities tell their stories through artifacts and displays. I also spent several years as a Project Manager developing educational resources and courses. Recently, I’ve been working in a lab that applies design thinking to community and business problems. I bring a wealth of experience and education in community engagement, including training in cultural resource management, reconciliation, and intersectionality.
